gav-ugh. cheesecake.
i bought a turtle cheesecake (chocolate fudge on the bottom, then a layer of cheesecake, and caramel coating on top with nuts on the sides) for myself, and nobody else in my house likes it. (crazy ppl) so..i've been eating the entire thing gradually, every day. i'm getting tired of eating it, haha!!
gav-i dont know i you are mature enough for that book. i mean, it really depends on the person, and i dont know enough about your level of knowledge on things.
i was just really, really surprised when i read Wicked for the first time, because before that, all i knew were the songs from the musical, which are all appropriate for kids. But, the book, oh man, is definately not for the same audience that the musical reaches. most definatley not. that kinda upsets me-there should be a warning or something, haha. b/c all of these little 10 year olds want to read the book, and when/if they do, it'll be pretty...wierd. (one of them being my little sister. thank goodness i read it first!)
mamie-i love red coats, just letting you know! and, yeah, there's nothing wrong with "sticking out," if that would be what it's called.
lol, whenever i go to the city, i try not to act like a tourist. but it never happens cuz i'm always with someone else who doesn't know the city! LOL! this one time, my mom and i took a trip to the metropolitan museum of art, and then we cross the street afterwards, and wait for our cool red double decker tour bus. they stop, and then my mom asks, "how long is the ride to central park?" and hte guy's like, "about an hour." and she talked to him for a few more minutes about getting there. and in the end, he's just like, "look. you can just turn around and WALK there." OMG, I ALMOST DIED. it was quite embarrassing. lol.
