i'm here. not exactly tired but I was falling asleep on the couch in my commone room (which i am still in). my roomate is asleep and don't want to wake her cause I want to use my computer.

Hi all-
Tonight my mom and I were talking about this trip her work's staff is taking to New York City. So...it costs $1400...each. This includes tickets to three Broadway shows (besides Spamalot/Wicked), hotel accomadations, airline tickets, and a tour guide to take you to the Empire State building.
Now, she said it was something to think about. But then, she said no. The big question now is...how in the heck am I going to come up with $2,800?
I'll talk to my grandma tomorrow to see what's up.

The donation idea is wonderful!!! I know that I usually donate to Doctors Wtithout Borders, because it's a fantastic organization that's able to get people help when others organizations can't. But in the past, I've donated to the one mentioned here, as well. Both are terrific. It's all about helping people! That's the important thing!!

good morning all. i defintely have joanna gleason hair! i got my hair cut for school today. i took 3 pics with me, two of mariska hargitay and one of joanna gleason (like zis like zat). i told the guy to just pick one. cause i didn't know which i wanted. he picked the joanna picture. i love it! i didn't get the bangs since i hate bangs and if i hate them i don't want to have to grow them out. but anyway.... yeah i have to pack all last minute things today. after tonite i probably won't be posting till sunday.
barb: what's this other "thread" you started? i haven't read the past few pages yet. i'm looking forward to the slideshow on sunday. (do a kick ass job like you always do.)
