barb you there? cam's not working for me and annie said that you told her to delete temporary internet files. where do I find those?

Andrea .... Internet Explorer ...
Tools > Internet Options > [under middle section, Temporary Internet Files:] > Delete Files AND [under History]> Clear History

Mozilla ... Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Cache > Clear Cache
AND: Edit > Preferences > Navigator > History > Clear History

Go to the cam page again and reload and see if it's working now.

Andrea,
On the tool bar across the top you should see one marked 'Options'. Click on Internet Options in there and then look under 'Temporary Internet Files'. Click on the one that says 'Delete Files'.

it works now though. but it would be good to know for later, just in case.

To delete temporary files in Safari on a MAC:

* Open SAFARI.
* Select the SAFARI menu and then click PREFERENCES.
* Click AUTOFILL from the top toolbar.
* Click the EDIT button next to OTHER FORMS.
* Click the REMOVE ALL button.
* Remove the check from the OTHER FORMS box.
