My dad was referring to the "prizes" that came in Cracker Jacks. (In the "old days," you actually got a "thing"...not like what they give you today.)

Good night, Mary. Happy Easter!

They used to have the neatest toys in the Cracker Jacks boxes. We used to collect them and trade them. I remember when they stopped making them out of metal and started using plastic. We felt like we were being ripped off! Now you don't even get the plastic toys.

Do people still wave to the camera sometimes? Is that passe?
Maybe I just blew Greg an easter kiss. You'll never know.

I have to go pack lunch, sleep, then get up early to work on my dances and then get myself to rehearsal.

Goooooood night loves.

Joyous Easter to those celebrating. ("He is risen!")

porn ... you're funny ... I guess after breastfeeding three kids, images like that don't phase me. I used to whip mine out in the middle of church service to feed one of mine. (Okay, I *was* somewhat discreet about it ...)

Anyway, happy rest of the weekend, everyone!

Ooooh, I feel an elite group forming for those of us who are on it...

I'm kidding!
So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life.~Office Space

Heh. I'm thrilled to be on it, but omg, that's not even a "signature". But, Annie was a doll to think of me and use my name off one of my letters. So, yay.

re: The Official Greg Jbara Love Thread, Part 4! *Witty Title Forthcoming*

I'm sorry Meghan, I have no clue what I was talking about. Can't remember.

Anyway, 4 cell phone went off during Awake and Swing. Ulgh!

But the show was good. Two intermissions, but definitely made you think, had some cynicism but some happiness too. I think the acting was very good, and I liked the show.

And I met Mark Ruffalo! Poor guy. There were no barricades, so he was totally bombarded. People walked down the street and saw him and wanted pictures. Finally I took mine, told him great job, and my friend told him how much he liked the show, and I think he was happy to hear us mention the show at that point lol. He shook both of our hands, and considering the way he was bombarded, he handled it so well and was extremely sweet to everyone. Gotta post the picture on photobucket soon, he's adorable!

And then I saw Wedding Singer. We were in the front row right side aisle seats. The cast actually walks down the aisles quite a bit, so that was a nice view. the seats were partial view mainly because the stage was so high and I just couldn't see the floor, and I missed a bit of an above plane...but otherwise the seats were great! The musical isn't fantastic, but it's a lot of fun! My friend was really into it and we started dancing during the entracte, and then we got all 80s, doing the monkey!

Funny and a lot of fun. Amy Spanger was fantastic! Very versatile. I'll have to post more about this on the main board, but we talked about Feeling Electric. She's really upset she couldn't do the workshop, but she thinks it may come to...prob off broadway next spring, and she would very likely do it. I babble now instead of sayng nothing, so then i apologized for mentioning another show but she was like no that show is really close to my heart, so yeah, I love talking about it. God, I can't wait!

The guy who plays Adam Sandler is cute. And Kevin Cahoon cracked me up! But yeah I think Amy was the highlight of the show. And the ending is...I guess understanably different than the movie...no Billy Idol on the plane. Aww, that was my favorite part!

That was fairly short for me. I'm proud.

ETA: Great slideshow Barb! And the mug turned out great Annie!

Norbert Leo Butz quotes about John Lithgow: "He's really clumsy. One of the joys in life is to watch a great big huge man totally wipe out backstage. It takes John about three minutes to hit the floor. It's like watching a Great Sequoia falling gracelessly."
