The dog is like... not paying attention to him, heh.

I know, I noticed that. It's just like yeah, yeah
That is just like a greyhound, too. They are not easily trusting of people - after all, they are handled by a lot of complete strangers when they race. So they tend to take a while to bond so if you want to own one, you have to be patient. This, from my sister the expert!
I feel like it's that weird combination between being aloof and totally laid back.
Growing his hair too?
Rauul, don't let yourself go!
Was his hair long for SITPWG?

yeah, with the beard..
I'm not usually a great fan of facial hair, but I kinda think it suits him.
Meh, that's hardly a beard (insert Michele joke here). It's more like "Whoops, I'm out of razors. Oh well, I'll go without for a few days."

Yeah, in these pictures he just looks like he's been away on vacation or at someone's weekend house and just didn't feel like shaving. I actually like it
The full on beard gives off a totally different vibe
Hee, in that "I don't have to work, so I'm not gonna shave!" kind of way.
Wonder if the beard is an attempt to look older for the August Stage Manager role? Or maybe just no razors!
Probably just lazy. I like it now, but if he keeps it in an effort to look older and ends up looking like a Yeti in August, I'll be a little sad. Hear that, Esparza?
I kiiiiiid. Whatever makes him happy.
Are any of you guys or have husbands? You might recognize the I don't wanna, I ain't gonna, and no one can make me rebellion against shaving whenever they get the chance i.e. his 2 week vacation.
My father is guilty as charged. Decades working in corporate America's jungle of three-piece suits and briefcases, and any excuse to avoid the razor -- even for a day!
I'm absurdly happy he's back to hobo... because then I can make hobo jokes. HOBO!
HAH. The Wonder Years is on TV, and in this episode, the school play is Our Town.

Yeah, that's exactly what I meant. Actually, the beard could work for the Stage Manager. But I don't want it to be super long, á la Sunday in the Park with George. A little goes a long way...
Ha, remember the Growing Pains when they did Our Town? Didn't Mike even try to go to NY for it? Oh man, am I dating myself now?

I used to watch Growing Pains for Leonardo DiCaprio. Actually, I have old tapes of it somewhere in my archives. Oh yes, I kid not.
That's so funny about Our Town
I'm a guy. Shaving sucks. I avoid it whenever possible.
As long as Raul doesn't look like freaking Grizzly Adams (SITPWG), I'll be happy. I'm not usually a fan of the facial-hair-all-around-the-mouth thing, but he pulls it off really well.

As a woman, I have to say that I'm lucky that I only have to shave...less conspicuous parts of my body. Sometimes even while doing that on a routine basis, I'm like "it must suck to have to shave your face every morning..." lol
lol, that picture.

For some reason the word "Grizzly" reminded me of those cavemen!
