I know, she's so cute. I want Kelly to be in another show.
I want Kelly to be in another show.
Me too!
I think she was one of the best actors in the cast. I hope so, too.

I thought she was really magnetic on stage - she just shines. I was reading her blurb in the playbill and realized she was in My Fair Lady and Cabaret. I wonder how she was as Sally
IF she was Sally. I wonder how she'd be too, though!

Well it says Cabaret (Sally) in the playbill
I just realized that Kristin mentioned her Actorquest column in her blurb, I dont know how I missed that before
Ah, okay. I love Sally -- she probably would have been wonderful.

with Raul as the Emcee? hehe
yeah, I can stop dreaming now!
Not sure if anyone has noticed, but PBS stations appear to be airing the 2007 Drama Desk Awards this weekend. I know New Yorkers have seen it on their local station already and clips have shown up on YouTube, but I was just looking at my cable listing and see that it's starting at 6PM here in SF if you have the KQED-Life channel.

oo interesting, thanks!
cute avatar!
Ed-- I just read your post about the Drama Desk Awards on KQED. I got so excited, thinking I'd get to see Raul in a few minutes, and then I noticed that it's on KQED LIFE, not standard KQED. Boo hoo!
I think his speech is on YouTube, if you haven't seen it.
I've seen his acceptance speech--it's amazing--but I'd love to see him sing "Marry Me a Little" without it being dubbed by some guy who knows how to irritate Raul fans.
Heh, I watched the webcast, but it cut out during Marry Me a Little. Figures!

Quick *hug* to Em - because I can
*snuggle*
How much did you spend on the Company recording with Raul?
$16, including state tax, at Borders with a 30% discount coupon.
$20, but that's because I bought it at the theater... which I only did because they had it before the release date. And I'm a sucker.

EAU - when I found that "Marry Me a Little" video on youtube, I got so excited. Then it started and I was like 'oh brother... '
someone has too much time on their hands, hehe
I loved his Drama Desk speech, and the Sardi's one. That was the happy pre-Tony/pre show closing time.
Now I think I need to find this video.
Oh my God, that was hysterical.
And I'd forgotten about the fog! Hahaha. He looked really good that night, too.
