Speaking of Taboo, I was just reading some articles and one mentioned a Taboo documentary? Did anything ever happen with that?
The iTunes of my mind is ALWAYS on... damn thing never shuts off... hah!
I thought I had heard (read) something about it going to DVD, but that was months ago. Do we remember what it was called?

I've been searching and I've found two different things: 'Everything Taboo' directed by Mike Nicholls and 'Taboo: An Ode to Attention Seekers' by Jennifer LeBeau. I can't find anything more recent than a year ago for either of them though.
Edit: Nevermind, the first one is not what I thought it was- I don't think it has anything to do with Taboo. But the second one is the one that was mentioned in an article.
Edit Again: Okay, wait, it IS what I thought it was. I am so confused... Em? Can you shed some light on this?

I believe that the 2nd is the one that I'm thinking of. Hey Em... didn't you see the LeBeau one and write a review of it?
I heard mention of it a while back, but I haven't heard anything at all since then.
Is it weird that I just kind of randomly wondered whether Raul will be at the Rent benefit tonight? I would assume so, given Michele's involvement with Friends in Deed. And, well, the connection with Rent through ttB.

SS I was actually wondering the same thing, lol.
I guess it never went to DVD...
I reeeeeeeally wanted to go to "Rent" tonight. I'm sure that Raúl will be there to support his friends Adam and Daphne... Maybe I should run up there tonight and stagedoor. If I get there around 9 I should be the first one there, no?

I know nothing about it *lives in dreary, crappy, Ohio which used to be cool but then Raul left*
I definitely think Raul will be there tonight. He was at the Symphony Space screening, also associated with Friends in Deed.
And gillygalls, I think people will probably start lineing up to stagedoor as soon as the doors close. People probably stuck around after the lotto ended.
My only problem is that I need to do a massive amount of lesson planning. That and I'm freaking exhausted. But it is only a $12 train ticket... I'm contemplating. Someone stop me.
Personally I would go for it, gillygalls (as long as you're aware of the potential mob scene after the show), but it's possible that I just think that because I'm not close enough to get there.
The whole street was closed. I don't even know if they'll let people stagedoor.

Craziness. If it's possible, I'd say go, but I don't know if they are letting people/how many people will be there.

Aw, I'm sorry . Don't worry, they probably won't be letting people anyway.
it's ok, I forgot Elizabeth I part 2 was on. That can tide me over for a while...

I bounced a little when I saw the pictures of him there.
And when does he not look fabulous?
He was conveniently standing in front of the staircase I was directed to go up.
I like Em's description in the Adam thread: "He looked like sex on legs."
Because... well, yeah.
I stared a little, I admit.

I would have too, lol. *snuggles him* I'm so happy he's home, even if that home is far far away from me .
