You've all seen me perform in Sweeney Todd
And the Tony award you hope I win
I know you look at me like I'm a real God
And indeed I'll rule with my violin

I've fallen off the stage when I played Judas
I've been underused in that revival of Cabaret
And in Brooklyn I watched as people bood us
But in Sweeney as Tobias my talents are fully on display

And while my following is a newly formed theatre sect
And though for a fanbase I know I may fight a dual
I'll rise up to any challenge that I may detect
