I dunno. I hate to project, but he's probably so glad people like him that he'd excuse it. But sometimes, you don't want to try and find out!

I don't think it will. I mean, I was reading his MySpace comments, and they're so sane compared to like.... Anthony's. Even if he gets a TON of fans out of Sweeney (which, ton being very relative) at least Sweeney fans are intelligent.

I think as long as he stays away from RENT and/or Wicked, it will remain a reasonable size and relatively sane.

Well, apparently he's not nerdy enough to be Mark and not buff enough to be Roger. Soooo...

And he's too cool to play Fiyero.

He'll probably stay with Sweeney for a while, since it's such a unique thing, and the casting was probably really difficult.

I thought they're mostly like screen-names. That's the same reason I haven't joined LJ. I wanted to switch my AIM name because my old one dated back to like... junior high, and it took me a YEAR to think of one. I asked like 18 people for help.

ETA -- Liz, that would freak him out! And I'm paranoid about actual me having ties to my username here.

THANKS!

... to all who came out to the show at ARS NOVA last night. I was a little nervous, but I felt the love, and I hope you al lhad as much fun as I did...



I've gotten some requests for the sweeney sonnet I wrote so I posted it in the pictures section. Sondheim got a big kick out of it.



We'll be doing some more shows in the future, I'll keep ya'll posted.

I think it's really cute that he requires approval of all comments sent on his page, so that means that he reads them all. Although, I'm sure he already does...screw it, everything about him is wonderful.

Someone else should consider doing that, but then there would be WAY too many people going "AHH WHY DIDN'T MY COMMENT GET POSTED?!" because they're all insane.

Well, at least that'll keep the "MANOEL I WANT OUR BABIES!" stuff away.
