I LOVE his "But in time" part at the end of "Not While I'm Around". It sends shutters down my spine everytime I hear it. He does it esp well live.

I've been chatting about him all day at school too. Getting his name out, and promoting him ;-p

Oh, this theard and it's concepts are wonderful =)

I was flipping through the channels and found out that I have a broadway.com channel. To my pleasent surprise, the Sweeney Todd opening night video was on it. Man it was nice to see Mano close up on a big screen tv. .

Now While I'm Around is just a brilliant song all-around. I love beyond words the bridge part of that song (especially "Being close and being clever ain't like being true..."). I agree that Mano does a fantastic job (at least on the recording) of the "But in time..." at the end. It's so pretty/chilling.

He remains my favorite Tobias to date. X3 Oh my, looks like I'll have to steal a pic from here.

On a side note (to stick with the original topic), I can definately see him as Henrik from A Little Night Music.

*sigh* He is just so precious and sweet. I'm thrilled the show is doing so well. I saw the second preview, and they were all excited that we loved the show so much. They kept saying "Great, tell your friends, and come back with them!" That night at the stage door, Mano recognized us from the audience. And I was stunned at how...picture perfect and beautiful he is. I've seen it six times and will soon make it seven. It never gets old. And they are by far the most talented ensemble on Broadway.

That is SUCH a great story, Chrys.... it's very cool that you got to see the second preview without knowing what to expect, since it seems that it's become a bit of a phenominon now (which is great).

Slipping in again, I'm getting Sweeney Todd today after my voice teachers recommendation that I sing "Not While I'm Around".

Can't wait to listen to Mano and everyone else!
