See, that's my problem...my voice is pretty much okay. It's the fact that my head is completely closed up. No matter what I do.

bso -

just use the vinegar/garlic combo in a glass of water when you take your vitamins (or whatever) each day....

builds those antibodies (pretty quickly)

remember - APPLE CIDER VINEGAR - no other...

i want to write a couple of books eventually..

and the rememdies would be part of my "Martha Stewart" moments...

she ain't got nothin' on me...

all that stuff she sells is the stuff my grandmother taught me years ago...

it's just that in the 50's everybody went crazy with plastic and "modern technology" and forgot everything their grandparents knew...

so - 30 years later - it was easy for Martha to step in and "teach" (read *sell*) people the skills they forgot!

GOING TO MOVIES (for an entire day!! narrowing down my list now...)

Sounds like a lovely day! Home-cooked food is yummy... my future husband better cook too. I'm going to a lodge-type place for a few days with my extended family and there'll be hiking and swimming and such. Fun, provided that my little cousins don't attack.
