We didn't really do prom after parties, but that's probably because mine didn't end until around 4 in the morning. We did walk around and go for breakfast, which was fun.
Our after-prom apparenly ends around 6 or so. You don't even have to go to prom to go to after prom, so that's what most juniors end up doing. It's free!
I can't concentrate on my work because I'm trying to figure out if I should just dissapear, hop on subway with $500 and get me a seat to RENT 10... except I still have two papers to write due Monday morning. And then I will be very close to completely broke...
I want to take a nap. This weather is the worst thing for my morale. It's one of those days where I just want to lay in bed and watch TV.
My meeting got cancelled, though.

Siamese, you may not have loved it, but you looked radient.
"Hell, even if we were dating, I'm not exactly the type to start sucking face in the middle of the dancefloor."
The level of respect I have for you just increased. I HATE people who do that. A little PDA is fine, but at some point it's just inconsiderate of the people around you who are trying to study, open their lockers or dance.
Our weather is alright, but it's getting a bit chilly again.
I went outside for a few minutes before, and the ankles of my pants were literally dripping little puddles on the floor when I came back.
I never understood WHY you would see fit to make out in the middle of the hallway at school. *shrug*

Banality: I am the poster painting queen.
What did you paint?
I just left them hanging to dry in the bathroom. We're accumulating wet pants on the towel racks.
I brilliantly wore flip-flops out in the rain, too. That outcome was pretty gross.

I painted posters advertising for the next issue of our school lit magazine. We need submissions.
I had to navigate puddles with fabric ballet flats the other day. That was interesting.
Yikes. Did your shoes get messed up? The bricks on campus are all sunken in in some spots, so they create really big, deep puddles. I tried to hop over most of them.
What's on the posters?

I'm having a bad day. I couldn't find any books in the library that I need for tomorrow's research assignment, I hate my friends' friends, and I can't concentrate on any of the assload of homework I have due tomorrow. I thought maybe it's because I had a meager lunch, but then I ate 10,000 cookies and now I feel bloated. And to top it all off, my rehearsal was cancelled today. I don't know what to do.
PS: I like that Daniel Powter song "Bad Day."
I like that song too, tagiunagi. Usually I don't really like the songs on the radio.
I took home my leftovers from dinner last night (Chinese) and they forgot to put the rice in. What fun in Chinese food without rice?

First of all, thanks, insomniak. That's very sweet of you to say that. And YES, the girls who were literally sticking their tongues down their boyfriends' throats were completely over the top. There was one girl who kept pushing her boobs up into her boyfriend's face... uh, it's a prom, not some NYC rave club.
Em, Chinese food without rice isn't fun at all! So many people prefer the other types of rice, but I just like the basic white steamed rice. SO GOOD.
LOL. There's an image. About the boobs.
I guess I can make white rice.

I'm serious! SO many images from last night that I'd rather forget.
But it's not as good as it is from a Chinese restaurant! That is, unless you have a rice steamer.
I want to get a rice steamer.

I just finished reading a play about patients in a mental instituion who put on a play about the French Revolution.
Twisted much?

No, I slept all day! How about you? I'm going out to get some sushi in a few minutes.
Strangely enough, I'm looking forward to the miso soup more than anything. It's so good!
I had a good day.
I found my rice!

Sounds like John Doyle is stealing someone's idea...
What's it called? It sounds like something I would like.
Banal: I can't get "Mandy Goes to Med School" (Dresden Dolls) out of my head. It's sort of jazzy and darkly funny.

Whoops, I missed a bunch of posts.
How does one sleep all day? I'm having a really hard time sleeping past eight nowadays.
I've always wanted to try sushi, but I'm paranoid about the raw fish factor.
