a lifetime of Banality

My hand hurts. I'm hand-writing my study notes so I don't type too much and hurt my wrist more, but it seems to be a no-win situation here.

Amber, you always make me want baked goods. :)

I have to read a good chunk of Lord of the Flies tonight.

Our "tribe" won the reward challenge today, though. I can safely say that it was mainly thanks to me. :P

My roommate is packing up all of her stuff because she's leaving tomorrow (unless you have summer housing, you have to clear out within 24 hours of your last final), and it's really hitting me now that the school year is almost over. Sure, I have 3 more finals to go and I'm not moving out until next Sunday, but suddenly the walls on her side of the room are bare and I'm all emotional.

BG, will you get to see her over the summer?

Technically, so do I, Elphie. But it's soooo not going to happen. Heh.

She's taking some writing courses in Florence until the end of June, but hopefully I'll get to see her a couple of times over the rest of the summer.

Hah. It needs to happen for me. I want to do well, and I also can't stand the thought of letting my teacher down. She would cry.

On Monday night, we need to have a party.

I'm realizing that I retained nothing from most of the plays I have to write my paper on. At least, not the parts that would help me with my paper.

My sister called me from the concert I was supposed to go to with her before we realized that it was the Thursday BEFORE I got back instead of the Thursday AFTER I got back. She wanted to make me feel better about missing it, but it just made me more depressed that I'm here instead of there.

So did I, Liz.

Yup. I'll be back home in a week. Woohoo. We should find an excuse to get together again over the summer.

We should! We actually won't be that far away from each other, we should catch a movie or something.

Darn those *NSYNC boys, so catchy. JC was my favorite.

Does the * come before the band name? I never could remember. Justin was my god through the fifth grade.
#3745

Ohhh, Shakespeare! Fun! I've read...two of those, and seen one. I think.

Yeah, the little * comes before the name.

I'm...not listening to their Greatest Hits CD now...
#3747

I think I just pretended to have a crush on Justin, etc. so I could fit in with my friends. Pathetic, I know.

They have one?!

I mean...ew they have one?

Coughreally?cough

I always hated *NSYNC because I was a big Backstreet Boys fan, but I'm not gonna lie, Lance was kinda hot.
