Banality is closer to Godliness.

Isn't that sometimes redundant? Inappropriate PM's? Banality is closer to Godliness.

My ethernet cable keeps saying it's disconnected when it's...well, not. I'm currently reporting from the library. This week has been a freakin' disaster.

I got my hair cut. A lot shorter than I'd meant to.

It is only 6:30 and I am dead tired!
"All I ask of you is one thing: please don't be cynical. I hate cynicism -- it's my least favorite quality and it doesn't lead anywhere. Nobody in life gets exactly what they thought they were going to get. But if you work really hard and you're kind, amazing things will happen." Conan O'Brien

SNL re-runs are showing on E! and Queen Latifah is hosting.

I'm emotional and missing people today, and I don't even have PMS.

My nose is really tingly because I just used pore strips.
I've spent the last 3 days listening to Judy Garland radio shows online.
"`I grow old... I grow old... I shall wear the bottoms of my trousers rolled.` What does that mean, Mr. Marlowe?" "Not a bloody thing. It just sounds good." He smiled. "That is from the `Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock.` Here's another one. `In the room women come and go/Talking of Michael Angelo.' Does that suggest anything to you, sir?" "Yeah -- it suggests to me that the guy didn't know very much about women." "My sentiments exactly, sir. Nonetheless I admire T. S. Eliot very much." "Did you say, 'nonetheless'?" - The Long Goodbye by Raymond Chandler

There was a mouse on my desk. I screamed, figuratively speaking, like a girl. The fact that I am a girl made this no less embarrassing.

When people that have screennames relating to shows I like say incredibly stupid sh*t on the boards, it embarrasses me as a fan.

My mom's birthday was Saturday and I still haven't mailed her card. Oops.

I just bought some Nutella at the grocery...I'm a happy boy now.
"Applause begets applause in the theatre, as laughter begets laughter and tears beget tears." CLAYTON HAMILTON, "Theory of the Theatre" "I think theater ought to be theatrical ... you know, shuffling the pack in different ways so that it's -- there's always some kind of ambush involved in the experience. You're being ambushed by an unexpected word, or by an elephant falling out of the cupboard, whatever it is." TOM STOPPARD

I got four hours of sleep and it's all my roommmate's fault. I want to throw something at her and wake her from her oh-so peaceful sleep right now.

Sh*t. When do they increase the price of stamps? I mailed 2 letters today and didn't realize until now that they might be short the 2 cents or whatever. Stupid US Postal Service.

Sorry Grateful, if you stop in, WHERE have you been? You missed one heck of a week!
I stand corrected, you are as vapid as they say.

Yeah, I just checked Banality is closer to Godliness. I rarely mail anything, so it didn't occur to me.

Now what? Will they send it back to me? Or will it show up at the other end postage due?

They will send it back. If they are nice, they won't have cancelled your stamps, so that all you have to do is stick the $0.02 stamps on and mail them again...

Hi, penguin! I didn't know if anyone noticed I was gone. I decided that I would go on a BWW fast because my workload was getting enormous and BWW is too addicting for me. I think I may have learned moderation now, though, but we'll see.

But don't you worry. I was lurking about. I only got to see part of that Paris Hilton/Fat Thread as it was deleted as I was reading, but I think I got the gist of it. The freakouts were plentiful last week. I think it was a good week to take off and not get involved.

I messed up with the stamp thing, too... I mailed a few bills off the day that the price went up, and they ended up coming back to me and being late.

I feel so sick, but I don't know if it's just nerves. Banality is closer to Godliness.
