I just got over a stomach virus and now a cold is kicking in. I was up all night coughing. If the little boy that gave it to me wasn't so adorable, I would be really pissed.

Evolution would easily meet the Frye standard. Generally the standard is used to determine whether expert testimony is admissible on a medical or scientific issue - such as smoking causes cancer - that is an accepted principle.
