I've now climbed over the sugarwalls and am eating Ferrero Rocher like popcorn.

Throwing food away just seems wrong, doesn't it? I was very firmly raised under the dictum of "waste nothing", so everything I had that wasn't perishable I left in our flat kitchen.

I can't find the Ethernet jack in my wall. Or is it in the floor somewhere? Hooray for leeching off the neighbors' wireless. :)

Woohoo, SG! Sugarsugarsugar...

We just got another delivery of food at the office. I can't stop eating. Someone tell me to drop the cookies.

I cut my own hair last night and it doesn't look too bad at all.

I hope everyone has a great (or at least tolerable) holiday. I'll be in Florida with the family (kill me) until next week. Happy trails!

I lived in Jersey for 3 months, working with special needs kids of all ages and never got slightly ill. I am back in Tennessee for 3 days and I'm sick. I have a sore throat and weird sinus things going on. I feel like ASS.

I'm eating a snickerdoodle. Last night I had a dream that I went to see The Producers on Broadway.

oh my God that is TOO funny, baby

I hate when you think, "oh, that was an easy and short-lived cold virus", and then suddenly - it's in your chest.

I miss my laptop.

I drove today for the first time in months. It was kind of liberating.

Replace "liberating" with "terrifying" and you get my attitudes on driving. :)

Are you back safely, Plum?

That ain't banal...

Yes, I have returned! Frighteningly, the terminal monitor at Heathrow said my gate was "closing" 35 minutes before my plane was to take off, so I tried running there. Asthma + 40 pounds of carry-ons = me wheezing and being forced to walk half the way. Totally not fun. And then the plane was delayed for 2 hours due to mechanical problems. Yay! But other than a malfunctioning headphone jack, everything went well after that. The food was even edible. :)

Welcome back, Plum!

I'm watching "Sideways".

Sideways is okay, if rather annoying by the end. I loved Sandra Oh, though. :)

Agree...

Watched "Love, Actually" earlier this evening. Love that movie.

It's just Thomas Hayden Church's character who totally makes me mad. He deserved more than getting his nose smashed in for what he did, and when he cried that he loved his fiancée I totally didn't believe him, and was shocked when they actually got married.

Are you having a movie marathon, Addy?

Good idea, Plum. Thanks :) Anyone want any? I have Melatonin Tea. God's greatest invention.

Darlene Love's Christmas - Baby Please Come Home is on the radio.
