Things that happened on your birthday

This is kind of random but I just think these sort of personal trivia is fun. Anyone share a birthday with any famous dates/births?

Theater related, Gypsy, one of my favorite shows, premiered in 1959 on May 21st 26 years before I was even born (my mother wasn't even born yet!!!). 16 years later another famous show A Chorus Line would make its off Broadway debut.

Historically, the Red Cross was founded on this day. Charles Lindburgh completed his nonstop solo journey across the Atlantic on my bday, becoming the first person to do it. Coincidentally five years later Amelia became the first woman to do it on the same exact day. Also, lots of people got bombed or shot over the course of history, some treaties were signed, and there was a really big earth quake.

In scandal news, in 1924 Loeb and Leopold thrill killed a 14 year old boy (later becoming a musical) and Sada Abe was caught wandering through the streets of Japan holding her dead lover's genitals (I love this story).

I also share my birthday with Alexander Pope, Fats Waller, Al Franken, Mr. T, The Notorious B.I.G. and, most disturbingly/amusingly, Jeffrey Dahmer, among others.
