Watching my BF try to learn a dance and fail.
Having a competition with my friend to see who can do the best Sour Kangaroo.
The smell of coconut.
Taking a shower.
AIM.
Dancing in the rain.
Dogs.
Listening to Peter Pan.
Hearing from a friend's mom that I am "the nicest, natural, funniest, sweetest, most charming and lovely person she's ever met."
Realizing people invite me to parties because I can bond people.


Sorry for the long list. Today was a good day. : )

well, this is gonna sound cheesy, but tonight i got a completely unexpected apology from someone extremely important to me. we've had too many ups and downs this past year that took alot out of me and they finally took some blame about being insensitive and not caring the way i did. (not saying they are completely to blame... long complicated story) it meant more than anything to me and i don't know if i'll be able to fall asleep now cuz of the smile on my face

what a great idea for a thread!
let's see...

-singing in church
-opening a new cd
-listening to a cast recording for the first time
-smelling coffee when i wake up
-getting in my jammies
-my kitty purring, crawling/sleeping in my lap
-watching my dog sleep
-feeling the sun through the car window
-seat warmers in the car
-cruising
-reading the halarity that ensues on this board
-talking to my sisters on the phone (one is kansas one in paris)
-watching a great tv show or movie
-getting the latest time magazine (highlight of my week)
-snuggeling up in bed reading
-listeing to or dancing in the rain (once i danced right into my swimming pool... that was fun!)
-nice weather (in texas it's hard to come by)
-cold weather (even more scarce)
-the sound of the orchestra starting up
-hearing the fort worth symphony orchestra at the bass hall (heaven on earth, i do say!
-seeing my family together on holidays
-a full tummy
-my ipod
-realizing how blessed i truely am

long list, but i have a lot to smile about.

1. The baby I care for, when I walk through the door every morning he smiles and laughs and reaches for me, that makes me smile.
2. Seeing my best friend who I haven't seen in a month (cause she goes to school at Berklee School of Music in Boston) and the look of utter happiness when I got her at the airport this weekend for a one night stay!
3. My animals, how they get SO excited to see me, even if it's been like 20 min since I had seen them last.
4. Being hugged so tight that you just get lost in the hug.
5. Being held at night.
6. Fresh Cookies being baked.
7. Warm Laundry.
8. A really good movie or TV show.
9. Just relaxing and not worring about anything.
10. Seeing my little cousin doing so well after having the worst year dealing with his new diagnosed disease "epilepsy".

• Breaking out the 24-pack of Crayola crayons that I bought for 33 cents at Target and having a coloring session with my best friend on the floor of my dorm room (even though he draws the flags of various countries instead of being creative).

-helping a friend get over some issue and making her feel better
-mooing in science class because the topic was dairy products
-singing in different languages

being the most confident youve ever felt at an audition (HS), and in the middle somoenoe commenting on how you're "so cute!" Also, unexpected laughter in the audition. Nothing like making people laugh when you're onstage!

I had a very good monologue audtion today, could you tell? =)

1. When I first get to school in the morning and get sad when I can't find my friend right away and then am greated with huge hugs from everyone.
2. Being able to see my friends before I go to class.
3. My schedule this year.
4. Cuddling with friends late at night.
5. Curling up with my mom on the couch mid-winter drinking cocoa and watching a good disney film.
6. Dancing in the rain!
7. Singing at the top of my lungs to musicals in my room when I think I'm alone. Usually I'm not, but that's alright.
8. Quotes.
9. Ice Cream of all flavors.
10.Waking up to the smell of coffee first thing in the morning.
11. Feeling loved!
