Things to do before you die.

List ten things you would like to do before you die. *I know this is completely random :-P*

I typed out a list a few years ago of things I have to do before I die. I don't have it in front of me, but off the top of my head, I have to:

- bungee jump
- sky dive
- visit Egypt, Cambodia and Japan
- live in New York and Paris for an extended period of time
- change 3 people's lives profoundly
- win a Tony/Oscar/Emmy
- volunteer in a third world country

Live in NYC and see as much theater as I can.

Then

Move back to Costa Rica and own an house by the beach.

edit: 10? Yikes...

Go to Spain and Italy

Visit Australia

Fall in love and stay in love

That's about it... I've actually accomplished most of what I have wanted to do in my life.

well from the results so far i'd say most people don't wanna discuss it! It is rather morbid really, it's the kinda thing you discuss with your mates when drunk and think of really random things!

Get a boyfriend
get kissed by a boyfriend
have a lead role in some sort of musical..
..can't think of any more.
And the other thing about the Phantom Lady was, Bert, she realized, in the city that never sleeps... What did she realize, Kitten? That all the songs she'd listened to, all the love songs, that they were only songs. What's wrong with that? Nothing, if you don't believe in them. But she did, you see. She believed in enchanted evenings, and she believed that a small cloud passed overhead and cried down on a flower bed, and she even believed there was breakfast to be had... Where? On Pluto. The mysterious, icy wastes of Pluto.

I hope that I live long enough to:

-Go back to school and get my Master's degree.
-Travel more extensively.
-Have an article I have written published in a major newspaper/magazine.
-Write a book that gets published.
-Have a play I have written produced on Broadway.
-Have another child.
-See my children have children.
-Teach longer than my father (38 years).
-Know that I lived a good life when I die.

-adopt a child
-visit the places where i have family in (italy, ireland, canada) but first...
-get over my fear of flying
-meet as many friends as I can from caringbridge (i've already met one, and i'm meeting another one this summer)
-go to visit a movie set
-play in the band for RENT
-get a CD produced with my band
-make as many people as i can happy
-go to Fenway to watch the Sox win the series again
-go back to school

Put out a CD (another one)
Skydive
Get Married
Have at least one child (and if that isn't possible adopt)
Have two musicals of mine produced (if not more)
Retire in an amazing house
Scuba Dive the Great Barrier Reef
Travel the Amazon
Learn to speak at least two other languages fluently

Anyway,mine would be live in a country where I don't know the language, live in NY, perform in a broadway show, get asked out by a famous actor and turn him down, convince the world it's good to be geeky, walk around a supermarket in pyjamas, have a book published.....you know, just some nice ordinary things

1)Be on Broadway
2)Have a lead in a Broadway show
3)Win a Tony
4)Be Mimi or Maureen in Rent
5)Have someone know who I am (but no stalkerish fans, haha)
6)Change someones life
7)Sky-dive

ok, i'll bite (Shut up Tiff):
1- find someone i want to spend the rest of my life with and never let them go (movie quote anyone!?)
2- become a director on broadway
3- win a tony for it
4- Study abroad in Ireland/England
5- Live in NYC
6- See Japan
7- Find a sport i'm really good at and enjoy doing it
8- retire quietly and live a life of ease, going to opening nights etc...
9- expierence Carnivale in Venice
10- Have children

Another horse person! WHoo. Except, I ride English and show in the hunters and equitation. When we're feeling silly though, we throw western saddles on my horses and take them out on trail rides. Lol. I love my boys!
Well, I'm glad he got away with it.
