She is on SNL as I am typing this. Someone needs to tell her that Lady Gaga does it better. And I don't think I will step foot in a gay dance bar for a long time.

she was awful and auto tuned last night

Ryan Phillipe was fantastic and I have also always loved his acting. he is actually a little underrated. and kristen wiig does some great stuff!

Can't stand Ke$sha...the song is crap (TICK TOCK) and extremely annoying especially because NBC plays it in the promos for that annoying Guy Fieri show. It's like a bad smell that you can't get away from now matter how hard you try. And her perfromance on SNL....please Astronauts? Now, Ryan Phillipe's physique is certainly worth watcing, and I agree about the shake weights. Have you seen the infomercial about the shake weight for men? Somehow it's both hot and funny at the same time, especially when all 3 guys are shaking their weights together.

I thought her performances were heinous. I'll give her credit because she tried to be creative--but WTF? Did you ever stop to think... maybe WE'RE the aliens? ...um, what?

She can't sing. As much as I enjoy some of her music, I do not care for her performances at all...

Oh, and WTF is up with Ke$ha's accent? It's like the worst of Jersey Girl mixed with the worst of Valley Girl.

Her hit song is all about how she's the life of the party, but she comes across EXACTLY like that loud, annoying, drunk girl that makes everyone roll their eyes and wonder who invited her.

On Being A Mainstream Pop Star In A Lady Gaga World

There was a moment during last night's Saturday Night Live when my disdain for Ke$ha morphed into a kind of distanced pity, and that moment, I believe, was the exact moment that Ke$ha herself was questioning her career's direction.

The moment occurs at about 40 seconds in; after singing an intro to her hit, "TiK ToK," Ke$ha readies herself in front of the microphone and dramatically reveals her American flag cape in a way that plays as if she's expecting a massive response from the audience. The response she received, however, was absolute silence, and you can tell that she's thrown off by the quick glance she throws to someone off stage. It's a look of fear and annoyance, a look that says "Oh ****" and "I told you so." And, perhaps most importantly, it's a look coming from someone who doesn't seem to buy the **** they're selling.

I detest her. I just can't even handle it. I hate that we're from the same place. The songs get stuck in your head and there is no escape even though they SUCK.

There's some funny video on YouTube of some gay guy telling her how she sucks, but he even admits he bought her album. I mean, I'm glad everyone else seems to realize what a steaming pile of crap she is, but it didn't take me any time to come to that conclusion. One exposure was more than enough. I can't imagine anyone hearing that Tick Tock song and thinking, "Wow, not only would I want to hear more like this, but I'd actually like to pay for it!"

I saw part of that show, and was pretty bored. Ke$ha is terrible. My 6 year old was watching with us (it was DVR'ed) and he didn't get the shake weight thing at all obviously and couldn't figure out why we were all laughing so hard.
