When I think of Count, I am reminded of the wisdom of Judge Judy:
"If it doesn't make sense, then it isn't true." And Count never makes sense. Which leads to the other Judge Judy classic, "Liar, liar, pants on fire!"
I've always wanted to have dinner with Judge Judy.

"If it doesn't make sense, then it isn't true."
Judge Judy handily disposes of most of all known religions in one statement.

Posted: 9/8/10 at 3:52pmI honestly assumed the "Prince Poppycock Appreciation Thread" was a sarcastic tribute to CountA.

Roscoe - That is why I believe Judge Judy could be God. I'm still hoping the Westboro klan will appear in her courtroom.
"Um" is not an answer!

I suppose we could all do a scavenger hunt on this thread to find the sentence fragment he will copy and paste and in a way that only makes sense to him he will post:
Re: "all black people can sing" you are right, Obama will be singing as an ex-President after 2012. LOL
^^ I literally LOL'd

I too thought that the Poppycock thing was about CountA.
Missed oppurtunity.

I know, I'm not as funny as Namo but I can totally see the sick twit posting that.
Btw, does it frighten anyone else that he's a teacher? I can't even imagine what his students learn.

Taz, that was better than mine because I thought it was a real quote you were showing!
Something tells me he's not currently a teacher, per se.
Is there any chance Rob might set up some sort of game within the next hour that we could win points to cash in for Bonus Midnights?

"Recently VoiceAnth made an appearance and after all these years admitted After years of thinking he couldn't possibly have meant the things he said, VoiceAnth finally admitted that he wrote and argued things he didn't even mean. I didn't even respond to VoiceAnth's revelation, because it wasn't anything I didn't already know. But man was it nice to have it confirmed." - findingnamo
This, unfortunately, is a misquote, a good one, but a misquote.. If I did not know that Namo was the guardian of all things "misquoted and paraphrased” - always in his favor, granted, I wouldn’t even bring it up…Ok, yeah, I would.
My quote was:
“Some of it was me, sure, and some of it was just made up. Pure bunk. I never understood the unwritten by-laws that you HAD to be truthful or be yourself here. Why? Says Who? “ - AnthVoice2010
Namo left out “some of it was me”.
How much was me, you may ask? Maybe one day 75%. Maybe one day 7%. Maybe some in the same sentence. Maybe one day 100%
Did I really think Christina Aguilera had a great voice (True)? Did I think she should tour in ‘Funny Girl”? (False)
Did I think Bruce Springsteen was the greatest composer of his generation? (True).
Did I really think Jessica Simpson would make the ideal Audrey in “Little Shop of Horrors? (False - although now, I’m wavering)
Did I really think the TONY’S should open with a Super-Bowl-Like Pre-Show with Aerosmith, Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears? (False)
Do I think Stephen Sondheim is perhaps the most overrated composer of his time (We’ll leave that for another day)?
"It's HIS behavior and not an anonymous screen name that people are seeing" - findingnamo
My response was then as it is now:
Who cares? It is a message board!
Did I believe it prevented me from getting a job on Broadway which I never wanted? No!
Did my friends who actually perform on Broadway and who review for the stage care? They laughed the loudest!
Did we cure cancer here? Commit the Tate/LaBianca murders here? Tell the Donner Party they were on the wrong trail?
It's a Broadway Message Board and at last look - still is...
The most disturbing thing is that seven (7) years later, wars are still be waged, people are being banned, people still pretend to be me...and Namo is still very much here.
Hey, you’re still here. Look whos-a heeeeerrreee....You’re still HEEEEEEEEEEEEREEEEEEEEEE!!!!
Congrats.

Posted: 9/28/10 at 12:08pmI've only ever believed three things about you Anthony. 1. you're short; 2. your bald; and, 3. you're an egotist.

I hate it when one-night-only events become regular engagements. So disheartening. VoiceAnth, you can have the last word. I'm not going to read through your post. You win. And congrats on your ribbon clerk gig bringing you closer to real artists. Go enjoy them.
BB, I don't think Mark Manley is teaching anymore.

God Namo - your very post indicates you read - and read very carefully - everything I write.
The very idea of you not hanging on every word of this current last post would be a charade on your part and you know it...
Thank you for the congrats - In this economy to have one job is a minor miracle in itself but two - and both bringing one such happiness that the thought of income being profited seems, well, crass - is a blessing...
I hope you and your latest foe Count or whoever(?) make up soon....
best regards..

As Bette Bourne so brilliantly put it at the top of a Bloolips show:
"Do you know the difference between a real man and a queen? A real man leaves without saying good-bye and a queen says goodbye but never leeeeeeeeaves."
#98Three Days Without The Count
Posted: 10/1/10 at 10:39amI wish Mark Manley's next screen name would be "Gail Girly."

Only you namo would make a comment about never leaving....and not see the levels of irony in it...
Oh, Don't read this....I forgot - you only mention me...never Read me..
Is anyone still buying this ****? Only the newbies one suspects...
and PJ: 4 posts in 4 years (that I, myself, actually posted) is not a comeback...it's a drive-by.
