Kissy, I've already looked at the baguette with longing two days ago. Today was all about the Ritz Bits, bagel, roti and rice. Tomorrow will be about potatoes, pizza and pasta at school. I seriously am extremely irritable over this.

No luck, Ellie. Nobody's hiring yet! But I'm still looking. It would a lot easier if I had've taken French this year, because there are lots of museums and stuff around. My French is a little rusty after a year off!

God, this is so much harder the second time 'round. I did Atkins for 4 months last year and dropped 25 lbs and kept it off for the 6 months following, even when I started eating carbs again. Now I've gained back 10 lbs and I need to drop them ASAP before 4/28!

Ugh. Do you know what hte only compliment she's ever paid me was? We were talking about my father's fear of me starting to date (as of yet, he's been in denial about me having any boyfriends after an ill-timed boob grope he happened to have seen), and she said, "Well, why wouldn't he be worried?
