that's the pi$$er, Tiffy... They always get you with the carbs because they're cheaper! Can you switch to more whole grain stuff? Bulgar wheat? It's kinda like brown rice. Unless you hate brown rice (I do)...

Really, I can try to do away with the carbs

- it's just the inability to eat much meat that sucks, so I'm still hungry. I mean, how much chicken can one person eat?

Make yourself some chili. A big pot will last some time, especially if you freeze some of it. And the bulger wheat isn't that bad, once you get used to it...

*groan* That's what I gotta do. The beans have a lot of fibre. I just have to make myself like it. I'll probably wind up cracking and buying some law-carb wraps or pitas this week. Tastes fairly disgusting, I imagine, but I can't go on like this. I've actually taken to chewing on my knuckles now.
