And Kissy. I'm doing okay. I had an over-seasoned chicken caesar salad today and only two cigarettes to suppress the huger, so I've been better. I'm thinking that whole "carbs gives you energy and happiness" thing might not just be a load of tripe. And about yourself?

you need snacks too, Tiffy... low salt peanuts or almonds... protein there.... at least you haven't resorted to a protein bar diet.

work could be better, but at least the sun came out today...
