No, I normally don't drop friends that easily, but I don't know if it's out of loyalty to people, or because I'd actually like to keep a few "real life" friends lying around once in a while. I suppose I shouldn't ditch her - after all, if I don't go with her, I'm relying on getting tickets through my friend and then it likely won't be floor seats, plus I want a ride to the concert (even though I'm gonna have to pay retarded amounts of money for parking!!).
Okay, so I suppose I'll stick with her. *sigh*

She was definitely my fave SatCer. Her and Carrie. And Samantha. Her, Carrie, Samantha, and Charlotte. Love that show!
But yeah, she's fairly similar to me too, what with the cynicism and gentle desperation etc. But as long as I don't end up married to a geek*, looking after his decrepid old mother, I'm fine with that. Put the bitch in a home, I say.
And did you see the name of her character!?

they're basically the most evil tests in the world - known for not testing what's on the curriculum and being massively difficult and LONG. they're given by the state and you have to pass all of them to be allowed to graduate. i have friends that are out of state (they're only in ny) that know what the regents are. 2 years ago there was a math regents that was curved 40 points (its only out of 80) and i think like 87% failed or something like that. so the test has been "reformed" and i think they're over-compensating now and making them too easy.
the regents aren't only in math, though - they're in every subject. the worst one is a writing one - it's 6 hours long and you have to write 4 essays. i take that one next year.
