I am very much enjoying "Best Medicine," the U.S. version of the British hit "Doc Martin". It is fun trying to match some of the U.S. characters to their British counterparts. Other characters are almost immediately recognizable. I also appreciate that "Best Medicine" features a gay couple that I don't remember from "Doc Martin". I somewhat prefer the slightly slower pace of :"Doc Martin," but "Best Medicine" is becoming must-see TV in our household..
