wait till someone calls YOU daddy, bway, and see what labeled straws you grab onto :)
kidding, but I think mostly it comes from what's attractive to you. My tastes have not changed much, but everyone else is getting younger...It's my category that's changing.
Mine is just an exercise, as I'm not on the "market" but from the mild attention I do recieve, it's an odd feeling.
bwaysinger: To answer your questions (not that you asked any, but whatever) in my fantasies I've yearned for someone who had the same interests as me because I've never known anyone who did. However, when I really think about it, I wouldn't want them to be exactly like me, but I can see why that would be a desire. As for the older man yen, I guess I have "daddy" issues. I grew up virtually without a father, so for me it has been a quest to find a father figure and fill a void. Did I mention I have issues?
well, I've gotten attention from both ends(hehe) of the spectrum, too, I've just personally found more attraction for people roughly in my bracket. Not physically (in terms of features and whatnot) but generically, at least.
And I'm certainly not judging it - except when someone snags someone I like. "Why is HE with HIM!?" whine whine and so on.
Oh, I getcha, daddy!
LOL! I'm so not a daddy. I can't take care of myself, much less a boy. What would I even do? Plus, I'm not old enough to be the parent of a legal adult yet, so I'll get back to you when I am.
oh, and lest I sound oddly like I'm coming down hard on people for going "outside their type," I think I'd fall squarely outside the category of the conventionally beautiful, too. And I'm fine with that.
Ha! Me too. Is there an "irresponsible uncle" category?

The fact of the matter is I didn't attack anyone personally.
No, but you attacked my choice for a subjective list and have continued to try and decree who you personally think are actually eligible for this list. The fact that you're only twenty years old seems to be enough for some to give you a pass, but I think that someone of college age should already have at least some social and thinking skills in place to allow one to moved beyond willful ignorance.
I'm not into the m4m 4 same thing either, but I think being different keeps the relationship (or sex) exciting. I personally like older guys because they are much more likely to be better in bed AND I want someone older so he can appreciate my referential humor. I don't think I'd want to date a man who didn't know who Agnes Moorehead was.
Please PJ! NO WAY can you handle all three of us at once.
I actually know who that is... or rather, was. She was born in Clinton, MA, which is roughly a 30-minute drive from where I live. So there.
Sm2, you're definitely impressing no one here. We're a rare breed on BWW. I doubt there's a person here (except on the main board) who doesn't know who she is.
*whining*
But lildogs really hurt me with what he said about my not being "intellectually inquisitive and well-rounded" about rap music.
No kidding. The homely chick in Mame, right?

Ha! That reminds me of a time when I was in high school and I mentioned Ethel Merman. My friend said, "She was on I Love Lucy, right?"
I hope you said, "No! NOT I Love Lucy. Ethel Merman was on The Lucy Show."
And lildogs--you HURT me by saying that I couldn't handle all 3 of you at once. I came to the Confessions thread and SHARED and you HURT me. I'm HURT.
Ooohhh...I'm sorry.
You'd HAVE to use your hands if you want to handle all three of us. Just don't use one on Calvin--you won't get it back.
Lenny Kravitz is just plain sexy, there is nothing Unconventional about it.

Kringas -- The fact of the matter is, nearly every thread on this board is subjective. All the "Show your love for Wedding Singer" and so on fill the board and people always question the other person's taste. And I don't know why you're acting like this is the first time this has ever happened.
nearly every thread on this board is subjective
Hon, it's an internet message board. Every. Single. Post. on here is subjective. It was your insulting response to people's opinions that caused the problem.
why all this talk? bring on more photos of men, damnit!
