finding Phantom2 (He Who Needs No One To Defend Him) shocked into silence, near catatonia, and entered into that state of involuntary consent similar to coma patients in a hospital, files an appearance on phantypoo's *AHEM* Phantom2's behalf and cites inflammatory dicta from Eddie Varley's whirlwind deposition:

NDP: You realize, Mr. Varley, that the testimony which you give today for purposes of your suit at law is subject to all the penalties of perjury?

EV: I'm pro se.

NDP: I don't care if you're representing yourself, answer the question put before you or I'll call the Magistrate and ask that she enter a finding against you for contempt.

EV: Okay, yeah, I get it about the perjury.

NDP: And where, exactly, did this alleged marriage to Phantom2 take place?

EV: Uh, it was just a common law thing.

NDP: There is no common law marriage in New York. Do I need to repeat the question?

EV: It was a marriage of convenience.

NDP: Was this so-called "marriage of convenience" that you speak of a marriage between a man and a woman such as to meet the requirements of the law?

EV: Ah, um, er, ack, oh...

NDP: Speak up, Mr. Varley, the court reporter can't take down sign language, grunts or vocalized vowels.

EV: Not really.

NDP: Give me a simple yes or no.

EV: No.

NDP: Then there was no marriage, isn't that correct?

EV: I guess not.

NDP: Then this complaint you have scribbled, in atrocious handwriting, and entered into this Court contains the falsehood of a marriage that never existed?

EV: But Phantom2 broke the heads off my action figures!

NDP: Answer the question yes or no.

EV: Yes, I lied about the marriage part--

NDP: This deposition is over. We are filing a Motion for Summary Judgment against you with a demand that the Court order you to pay my customary $10 million fee.

EV: Whaaaa---
