How fast is this moving to trial? Phantom2 everyone wants to know who your legal counsel is! Who are going to be the judge and jury? We need this suit moved speedily ahead but we cannot forsake making it a "fabulous" event for all involved in the process! One last thing. Will the Bobo Fet be presented as evidence?

In a recent interview with Access Dollypoop, SonofCorine2 - fresh off her 14th national tour with Grease III, The KY Strikes Back, said, "I've been saying for years to watch out for that B*tch - and I'M the greatest STAR!"

Phantom2 had no comment from the Laura Bush Clinic in Palm Desert, except to say that the understudies are always bitter.

It happened again, Varley says, just five days into the marriage. The couple was staying at a hotel in Trenton, NJ.

Varley: “Here we are on a vacation and out of nowhere Phanty starts going to the mini-bar. And I come in and she's violent. And I was stunned.”

Phillips: “Did you do anything to set her off?”

Varley: “Nothing. Nothing. She just -- when she wants a drink she goes and gets a drink. I said, ‘What is the reason?’ Because I wanted to know the reason. And she could never give me an answer, just the usual, "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!". And I realized that, you know, I had a problem on my hands.”

Phillips: “That you alone could not solve.”

Varley: “No. I knew I couldn't solve it. Because I couldn't figure out what made Phanty drink when things were going well, I mean the Phantom2 underwear line was ready to hit the retail market.”

Phillips: “It's called alcoholism.”

Varley: “Yeah. But I thought love would more than prevail. And that someone caring about her finally and loving her and wanting to do for her. I didn't care if she worked. I never cared if Phantom2 worked. I said, be a housewife. Go out and shop. Take the credit card and splurge at Kenneth Cole. I wanted to give Phantom2 a normal life. I loved Phanty. You know, it tore my heart out.”

Later that same month, the couple returned to New York, staying at a hotel while their apartment was being renovated. It was here, Varley charges, that the next incident occurred. And this time, he says, he wasn't the only victim.

Varley: “She bit jrb_actor. She bit him in the stomach. She put her hands around the neck of Matt_G, and you know, started to choke him.”

Phillips: “And you? What did she do to you?”

Varley: “Beat me and hit me everywhere.”

PB: We’ve all read reports that Phantom and yourself were involved in dangerous group sex activities involving gasoline, a blowtorch and Eden Espinosa that might have led to the breakup.

EV: No comment.

PB: So it’s true.

EV: Next question.

PB: Allright. Phantom told us that he came home from Taco Bell one night to find you high as a kite and trying to fold yourself into the refrigerator to keep yourself from “spoiling”

PB: Let’s just calm down.

EV: I’m not doing this anymore.

PB: Okay, just a few more questions.

EV: You have to understand that I’m just in a very fragile place right now.

PB: Can you tell us how you two met?

EV: I was stoned out of my mind one night and had a craving for some baby formula so I went to CVS and there was this stunning creature working behind the counter. I took her by the hand and led her out of that store to start our life together.

PB: That is until you started cheating on her.

EV: Excuse me?

PB: Let’s get real here, Edward. We all know it was YOU who did the beating in the relationship.

EV: I’m out of here.

"Varley: Look what Phanty did"


( 10/21/2004 ) Phantom2's estranged husband Eddie Varley dropped his trousers in a TV interview to show injuries caused when the star allegedly beat him. Varley undressed when an interviewer asked if he had any bruises. 'Well, let's put it this way,' Varley replied. 'This is the last reminder of what "she" did with her hands.' He then stood up and pulled down the front of his trousers to show a mark on the top of his leg.

Varley claimed Phantom, age unknown, had beaten him before during their 2 month marriage but the last time was more violent. 'He'd hit me before but never over and over and over and over into the head,' he told Dateline NBC in the US. The 72-year-old Varley said he would never be the same again after having up to 80 injections in the head to relieve the pain from the beatings.

He did take unsual pleasure in revealing to a stunned camera crew, his Shirley Temple/Little Princess tattoo,located on his right butt cheek.

Eddie I don't know why you are being so mean to someone who is so nice. All they do is post nice things on this board and you are posting these mean things. I'm sure Phantom2 is a beautiful person on the INSIDE.
