BwayTheater11, if a day is frustrating, just ride it out. Here's what I recommend: Don't try to pretend everything is really alright when it obviously isn't. Accept that some days will be more challenging than others and stare them down.
If you do this, you'll look back when you're older and realize not everything was so bad. If you don't, you'll be trapped in a cycle of crashing everytime life gets a little rough.
That which does not destroy you makes you stronger.
Okay, I have to go trim all the body hair I was forced to let grow during Fashion Week. I am a freaky hairy beast right now and it's driving me crazy.

Sure, I've shaved my legs. But today, they're only getting a little trimming. I'm not really hairy back there, boobs -- just a little fuzz that needs evening out.
Today's the last day of summer and I want to delay the advent of hibernation and hairiness as long as possible.
Whoever invented electric clippers should get the Nobel Prize.
