I personally prefer Target over Wal-Mart. Target is cleaner, nicer, and has good products.

target has more expensive prices than Wal-mart. Target is NOT known for hiring the elderly...Target also buys from Chinese companies who use the same labor.....

the only difference between Target and Wal-Mart, is that damn re O, and higher prices at Target

Well, that's not the ONLY difference between the two. There's the basic fact that Target treats its employees better, better salaries and benefits, and no tendency to encourage its staff to apply for food stamps and Medicaid.

WalMart is also a HUGE contributor to the Republican party. Between that and how badly they treat their employees, well, that's a chain I don't want any part of. For more info on the way WalMart treats the people who work there, I urge you to read Nickled & Dimed, if you haven't already.

I was loving Wal-mart when I needed medicine at midnight last night. So much cheaper than a pharmacy. I notice there are none of the "special" cashiers around here...lol. The ones that wear the burgundy smocks instead of the blue. The people that work in NY/NJ Wal-marts just seem miserable.

While I prefer Target now, when I was growing up, Target's were pretty shoddy down south. The are all fab now! I love Target.
