Well, I don't think it's a bad picture of you at all, and I thank you for sharing it.

Too bad I live in South Carolina... I don't think anyone even knows it exists anymore. It's still here, I promise! And we have bookstores, I swear! *sigh*

Thanks. I appreciate that.

It took me 3 hours to get to this signing. It should have only taken 2, but Chicago traffic sucks. I'm still glad I went, though. It was really my only opportunity to meet him.

I was there tonight, too. I'm two plus hours away from Oak Park because I'm in college, right now. So, I blew off classes and work and left for the signing mega-early. My friend and I walked in the door of the bookstore at 2:30 p.m. for the 7:30 signing. Needless to say, we were the first ones there. I wasn't planning on posting about my experieces because I'm now over 50 pages behind on this thead (damn my busy life), but I just wanted to mention that it turns out I was sitting like 6 people away from Wanderingchild. (In case you were wondering, I was the girl in the pink sweater sitting directly in front of Anthony in the first row). Small world, huh?

Wow. Congrats to everyone who's met him already, and good luck to those who will! I have to wait 'til late March, but it'll be worth the wait.
The pictures are wonderful, by the way. Amazon

It's great for you guys that you had such great seats. I should have been there an hour ahead of time and it ended up taking me over an hour to go the last 10 miles. I walked in at 7:25 and got stuck way in the back. Luckily, I'm tall enough that I could still see, but I ended up pretty close to the end of the line for his autograph. I think there were only about 20 people behind me.

Yay for the review.

I'm kind of amused that people have rated my Amazon review.

Gracias. I tried to just condense what I wrote here, since it was like a mile and a half long. Amazon

Is the newest one yours, Mel?

Thanks. :)

I hope people read it and are just so compelled to buy the book. Amazon I wanted to be like "er, buy it. Or else."

I haven't actually finished the book yet. I'm on page 90 I think. I stayed up late last night reading. I like to read it slowely, so that it lasts longer Amazon

I tried really hard to do the whole "reading it slowly" bit, Mel... that lasted about a day, and then the book DEMANDED to be finished. Okay, I have NO willpower. *sigh* I suppose I'll start re-reading soon.

I know, it's really hard for me to put it down. That's why I read at night, that way eventually I just have to go to sleep.

Ha... I tried that one, too. I definitely ended up staying awake until 3 am to finish it.
