Just take a look around the rest of the boards. The reason that you only see the same people venturing into this thread, and mainly none of the originals from the beginning of the first thread, is because people just don't want to deal with people who can't spell. If you have not noticed, BWW is comprised of some very intelligent and well spoken people. Most join this board because of their love of theater and their desire to discuss it with others who share their love. If that is your desire, that is fine. However, try to do it in a way that wouldn't make others want to cringe. There is no reason for squealing, 20 million exclamation marks, and comments that truthfully just don't make sense. It's great that this thread was moved to the OT board, but it probably had to do with the fact that no one wanted to deal with it on the main board. Just think about it.
We're not trying to be rude or mean. We just want to be able to talk about Anthony and have conversations, but ones that actually make sense. I don't know if people have been reading the pages of this thread, but a few posters, myself included, have come in several times reminding people to proofread, spellcheck, capitalize, use grammar, etc. Our posts have for the most part been ignored. So PLEASE just listen to this one itty (ok, maybe rather long post) and then this topic will never have to come up again.
And honestly, it doesn't take that much effort to just hit the shift button and capitalize one letter every now and then. Unless of course, you have overexhausted fingers.
I recognize the addiction to being alive.
