Posted: 4/22/08 at 9:50pmI'll be attending the Openstage Harrisburg Music Theater Workshop. . .it's three weeks long and has a show made up of scenes and songs from other shows throughout it at the end. The second Wednesday of the camp we go to NYC and see a show (last year it was Spelling Bee) and attend an audition workshop with a casting director and a performer (last year was Jared Gertner, conveniently our Barfee). . .Yeah. . .I had to play that up for what it was worth cause I don't get to do any big camps, just local stuff. . .

Posted: 4/22/08 at 10:15pmStephen Foster vocal music camp, Cedarville Universtiy vocal music camp and Missoula Theatre Productions is teaming up with a local theatre to hold a camp-like week long production of Sleeping Beauty that I'll probably be participating in :)

Lucky. . .the beast is on my list of really want to play parts.
EDIT: I definitely read that as Beauty and the Beast, not Sleeping Beauty, sorry. . .

Posted: 5/2/08 at 9:38amI'm attending a 10 day Theatre Arts confrence at Fordham University... I don't know much about it but they invited me. It's ten days of workshops with the pros and seeing a show on broadway along with doing some kinda or show or showcase at the end...

Posted: 5/2/08 at 6:29pmI was accepted to NYU Tisch's Musical Theatre Performance program with CAP21. The past two summers I've had friends there and it's supposed to be an incredible experience. I can't wait.

I saw Walnut Hill's summer shows the year before last--- Have a great time!!!
I'm doing a local theatre workshop in Weston, Mass... 3 shows in 6 weeks... I'm in one, and am teching the other two, A.K.A. 14 hour days.
I'm really excited... We won the Moss Hart a couple years ago and I have a technical theatre internship this year...

Heh, small world...my best friend does Weston Drama Workshop.
Anyhow, I'm doing a production of Little Shop of Horrors (I'm playing Seymour! So excited!), going to Ireland with my boyfriend for three weeks, and trying to find a summer job.
