If Jesus were to come to New York, what show do you think he would see? I'd say HAIRSPRAY!

Silly Sueleen, he'd be watching our stunning and riveting RobbieJ in Corpus Christi.

I think Jesus would see The Producers - he's gotta love Mel Brooks. The two greatest Jewish people in the same theatre.
I also think he'd wait for the Sweeney revival - Sondheim is his homeboy!
Jewtopia
Or he'd request a private showing of Jesus Christ Superstar...if he didn't see it on his last visit.
Godspell anyone? How about BARE?

is Godspell currently open? -_-
I bet Jesus could get it to open...
He would see Spamalot - after all , John Cleese plays his father.

He is God, folks. He would pass his hand over the Wintergarden Theatre and turn Mamma Mia into the perfect production of Follies, impeccably cast and restored, with a chorus of 60, 45 sets and 1800 costumes, which would then run forever.

i think Wicked too! Then he's preach to all the wicked fanatics about the fact... there IS more to life!

I think he'd bypass Broadway and see a Nine Inch Nails concert.
One other thing Jesus would see would be people who can't even spell "alcohol" stepping over the homeless to get into a cab so they wouldn't have to degrade themselves by taking the subway.

Do you think HE'D take the subway?
Nah. He'd fly around his in chariot.

Well being a poor carpenter.... I'd say he'd go to the TKTS booth and see what was left at the end of the day. If it was still playing maybe Les Miz

Poor carpenter my ass. You know he's living the rich life up in Heaven.
I think he's be too busy smiting people at Wicked's stage door.
