I'm trying not to think that this birth certificate is fake (and not succeeding), but after reading this earlier, it's almost impossible not to. Or those people at that hospital are the most incompetent nurses and clerks. I'd run from having my baby there. Something fishy about that nurse.

Do you think Tom put this out as a joke? Seriously.

I don't know that it's been publicly discussed, but I think everyone is speculating things of that nature. I am not sure why we were, but some friends and I were talking about it Friday night and that subject came up. It could have been a stillbirth, a physical deformity or some sort of chromosomal issue. It could explain the reason for the ultrasound machine that they purchased.

I just find it odd that they only person that has seen the baby besides family is a hiker. Katie took the baby to a place that a hiker would go to breast feed? I don't know what the hiker saw, but I am sure it wasn't Katie. They also made Katie's parents wait a week or so before they could see her. It's all very odd.
