Aha! So I'm not the only one wondering why TomKat's "baby" has been suspiciously absent from the spotlight:

it's weird but Katie was definetely pregnant. If it were any other Hollywood couple i'd applaud then for shielding the baby fro mthe spotlight, but this couple? idk it's weird but that pregnancy was not faked.

I don't think she was pregnant at all. The baby "happened" to be due right around the time Mission Impossible premiered? She
She's flying at 7 or 8 months pregnant? No specific due date? No press cacthing them going to or from the hospital? And the whole Brooke Shields/TomKat birth on the same day?

Way too many coincidences for there NOT to be something fishy going on.

Not that this really says anything but didn't Brooke Shields have her baby AFTER (a few hours later) Suri was born?

I really am very curious. And, if indeed she didn't have the baby...this could be very interesting for the entertainment business/news.

I can already imagine all the late night show jokes...

The baby could have some kind of deformity. It's like John Travolta's son. You never see him. Many think it's because he has autism. They have never admitted it, but he shows all the signs. They say he had a bad reaction to chemicals used to clean the carpets when he was a toddler.

It took Tom and Nicole three years to introduce their adopted children I think. But still, this is his birthchild, and something fishy defintaly seems afoot.

When Tom and Nicole first adopted Isabella there were pictures up almost imeediately of them holding the infant swaddled ina blanket. Or it was a football.

a celebrity news website has mentioned that the cruise's offered pictures of the baby for sale, but no one would meet their price so the pictures were never released.

and, now that the baby is a few months old, the interest is not as high, according to the website.

Tom Cruise is a nut-job and perhaps an attention whore but what exactly the point of saying they had a baby when they didn't (if indeed true)

That relationship/engagement/ensuing pregnancy storyline was put in place after his couch jumping incident. I think it was supposed to deflect the crazy-factor, but he continuously blew it by flipping out in interviews and by tthe fcat that the public isn't stupid and saw right through that sham of a relationship.

When he foolishly hired his sister to be his publicist, all the **** hit the fan. The engagement & pregnancy was damage control to help get him back in the good graces of the public for the Mission Impossible premiere. It was probably intended to make him look "softer" and "in love."

Anyone remember when you used to try to get married BEFORE the babies came? Remember when Actresses who found themselves "in the family way" without husbands found themselves blacklisted in Hollywood? You've come a long way baby. Wow, I think I just channeled my grandmother.
