They are those really trendy boots that everyone wears. Very thick, wool inside, usually suede outside, they are like walking on air.


And I won't be home til after 2 tonight, but I will report back on Mary Poppins!

I am wearing my favorite shows and the rubber is split on the bottom, so if it rains (like today) the water soaks in and my socks get wet!

Getting there, brd. Some of what I have to do I must do after closing time, as I need to put special paper on a printer that gets used a lot during the day.

When I worked for the transcript processing firm, we called them depos. We had a girl working the phones that called them 'depots.' It was too funny.

I did see it Brd, but was not home in time to correct it before you!

I got the chocolate colored ones so they don't get as dirty. They are damn ugly, but really comfy. I had a hard time choosing which ones to get, the classic ones or the bulkier, major rubber sole ones which are better for winter. I went for the classics, and knowing me, will probably go buy the other ones too in a few weeks.

Dame, I agree with your signature to a point. We all have our little things to help us for a while to get away from 'reality in the real world'. But sometimes we do have to face it. Just to be aware of what is going on.
