Morning all - (I need to start staying up later - all the fun happens after 11!)...
DAME - Thanks for the info... ordinarily, I wouldn't be too concerned about LW closing, except the tickets were a birthday gift for my 10 year old niece, and my wife, her sister, her mother, and my 11 yo and 9 yo are going - emotions run high in this family!
Be that as it may... we soldier on...
Lwyr - when do you find out the outcome?
(Great Baby pics btw)...
- off to call Telecharge - bye all!
Too bad about the timing, OTA.
oh, and I had a delicious caramel apple martini last night! YUM!

I just got that Target joke.
Beautiful day in the Windy City.
OTA - probably about 6-8 weeks for the decision. The more I think about it the less condident I am. I won three times in a row on this case with only one dissent in those three victories, so the loss would be personally devastating.
*whoosh* (Target joke goes WAY over my head)
Too early...
Rain in the NW. What else is new?
YAY! The gods of the theatre smiled on me...
Telecharge finally acknowledged that LW was closing... my May 29th tickets have been refunded, and new tickets have been purchased for this Saturday's matinee! All is good!!!
(Sorry for my earlier rant!)

Good luck, Brdlwyr! I know the wait won't be fun...
And, at what point should I begin using the phrase "upon advice of counsel..." in my posts on BWW???

Good morning hussys,
Beautiful day in Los Angeles. I had insomnia last night. Just one of those nights. I am sitting here at work in my desk and I have been staring at the computer screen sort of in mental space land. It will be one of those days.
Last day of school! Yay!! Only 6 hours to go until I am able to sleep again! Well, almost- I have the end of year teacher party tonight, then volleyball. And I still have another couple youth group events (Six Flags again on Sunday), but still- ALMOST DONE!!!! Start pouring the drinks now!

Hello D and L. I am definately looking forward to day's end cocktail!
I just got Jamba Juice, that's almost as good as a cocktail!
brdlwyr- Am I going to meet you next weekend?
Talk about strange days... after getting almost 9 hours of sleep (I usually get more like 6) I feel totally out of sorts today.
Jamba juice sounds good right now... a long drive, so I'll prolly pass, but sounds good...
Yeah.. you don't want to drink Jamba Juice before a long drive.
It's so good. I got an energy boost so I can get through the day.
The weather is beautiful here in NYC. Is anyone able to be outside today?

It's finally, finally, FINALLY "after lunch"...now gravity can pull that hour hand down the clock to 4pm and I can blow this pop stand!

liotte... I haven't craved a jamba juice in so long. I'm about to get in my car and drive 7 miles just to get one. It sounds like what I need today.
I'm sorry DD! I hope it's not my fault...
I know the feeling DD- The closest one to me used to be at Columbus circle on 59th, and in the summer, I would walk down there just to get a smoothie. Now there is one on 85th/broadway, and I am there all the time.
You are all so funny. How long has Jamba Juice been in the east now? We have had them for over a decade. LOVE THEM
They've been in the NW since I moved here in '96...
No, sweet shira, not your fault. Just a no-energy day today.
I lived in CA for a long time, including high school- my parents and 2 sisters are still there. I used to go off campus every day to get Jamba Juice for lunch. I was stoked when they opened in NY last year.
walks in... sheepishly asks "what's Jamba Juice"? (ducks head)
it's a store? I thought it was like Red Bull or something like that...
