Rumors have it: The View Ladies move to 4, her "friend" Gayle, and even Rosie.

Thoughts?

Not-going-to-happen: THE VIEW

Possible-and-likely: Rosie O'Donnell

"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

Heres my theory. With Bonnie Hunts cancellation, Tyra is quitting her own show, Oprah retires, Ellen is going to be a powerhouse. Why not move The View into the 4pm slot.

I heard Annas Priest is replacing her. They are taking a more fundamentalist approach to the show.

The timeslot that THE VIEW is in is perfect for Barbara's schedule. And it's LIVE. If they were going to move to 4pm, then it probably wouldn't be a live show anymore, losing some of its appeal. And Barbara would appear less.

I hear Caroline Rhea, Tempestt Bledsoe or Ricki Lake are in the running.
