Second: Roseanne Barr as the MetroCard operator.
Third: That has to be Chris Rock in I'm Chillin'.
Nerd, I have to say I am a bit of a quote nazi. I'm not going to get some of these if they are paraphrased. I memorize lines verbatim.

I'm trying to remember the exact quotes. Alot of these take time for me to remember, since I've only been watching the show for 5 years. I do have about 25 best ofs and I do tend to request out of print SNL VHSes at my library. Anyways, back to the game.
"But I am... and there's nothing wrong with that!!"
"It was originally called..uh... I can't get no service in this place."
Nerd, I think that 1st one is Jon as Harvey..."A gay bee?"
First one is definitely Lovitz as Fierstein. "I JUST WANNA BE LOVED, IS THAT SO WROOONG?"
Is the second one Mick Jagger on "Tomorrow"?
"I don't wanna be some teeny-bopper wannabe hoe..I wanna be an ACTUAL hoe."
What did Jimmy Stewart say to him? "No, I thnk I'd go for Glenn Ford. He has that hair flip kind of thing..." Very funny, something like that.

Nope, that's not it!
But, you were right about Mick Jagger. It was another Lovitz line. From Lovitz and Jerry Hall at the bar.
Jerry Hall: You did not write "Satisfaction".
Tommy Flanagan: Well.. not all of it. Actually.. uh.. Mick Jagger wrote it. Yeah, that's it! But it was originally called, uh.. "I Can't Get No.. uh.. Service in This Place".. and I changed it!
"Well you heard it here, folks. Monica Lewinsky will always hold a grudge against John Goodman"
"I feel like I can fly. On the wings of pepper!!"
"Alright kids, now say Al Gore is an ugly idiot!"
Ah yes, that was it!
First quote: Tim Meadows as Leon Phelps in The Ladies' Man with Monica Lewinsky.
