DG, I remember in the early 80's when AIDS started taking lives here in NY. The really raunchy sex clubs hadn't been closed yet, but they were still being frequented by lots of gays. Of course, we all talked about this in depth, especially after one of our group died.
What shocked me was the comment that a few of my friends made, and that was that they'd rather enjoy those clubs and take the risk. However, I do understand the point that Namo is making here, so it's a tough call.
