Not enough Lorna singing, and way too much Michelle singing.
Oh god...you know I don't know how to post pics!!!
He's the youngest of the T-Birds and he does that fabulous Russian during 'Let's Bowl'.
Short and Jewy...just like I like 'em!
I remember a few more of the "old guard" dancers were in there... Donna King (original cast of "Cats") and Charlie McGowan who played Mike in the Chorus Line Movie. I think he did about 7,000 pirouettes in one shot of that bowling number. His specialty. Oh... and Ivy Austin, star of the ill-fated "Raggedy Ann: The Musical!"
Wasn't Andy Tennant in this as well??
God...I loved 'Ever After'.
Yep.

and so was carol culver who was in about 10,000 productions of grease and the original film as well.
and rath, that's because michelle was the LEAD *ahem*. lorna was in a SECONDARY role, which is qute sad for someone with her talent.

My point exactly, RB.
I love the movie even though it is bad. If you watch it long enough, the songs grow on you. :) C'mon "Reproduction" and that mindless bowling song-what's not to love. Lorna Luft and Tab Hunter in the same film. It's a must!
I used to play Lorna's one line over and over (this is the record we're talking about): "Hey Johnny, Johnny, go for that strike, and I just might be your bayyyy-by tonight!"
It was the first time I ever had the privilege and joy of hearing her sing, and I couldn't get enough.

Why does everyone always forget Connie Stevens as Miss Mason? love when she's doing that little dance in the beginning with the kids and stops midway to spray her hair.
She was adorable!

I just detest this movie. There's a girl in my class who has horrid taste, and she loves it, so I KNOW it's bad! One of the worst movies ever made, imo.
And that "Seasons" song? It get's SO stuck in my head every time I hear it! Argh!

OMG! I've just realized that Lorna was in two of my favorite bad movies of all time: GREASE 2 and WHERE THE BOYS ARE '84, where she went on to play an over-aged college student.
YES! And she covered the theme song!
I met Maxwell Caulfield last night.
you vould really tell it was him through the hole in the wall?
I also liked the ONE line where they let Lorna belt, and I used to rewind it on my tape decker over and over. I also as a kid though, she can sing better than Stephanie, why isnt she playing Stephanie?
How Can You NOT Love this Movie!
Cool Rider: Stephanie, please don't cry.
Stephanie: Oh, but it all seems so unfair! Just when I found you I LOST you!
Cool Rider: That doesn't matter now. The only thing that matters is the time we had together.
Stephanie: But! I DON'T EVEN KNOW YOUR NAME!
Cool Rider: The only thing you have to know is that I love you. And you're the only one who can keep our love alive! So Stephanie, DON'T forget me!
Stephanie: I promise.
I ain't no one's trophy.
Whilst googling childhood crush Leif (spelled it wrong before) Green, I discovered that he was last year's Event Manager for AIDSWalk New York. I worked for the same company, helping with the '00 AIDSWalk. Maybe I'll volunteer next year. And cop a feel.

I thought Maxwell Caulfield was too pretty, and Adrien Zmed positively SKEEVED me! I thought Louis (Peter Frechette) was the cutie.
Zmed was my fave of the guys. Frechette skeeved me - come on, Let's Do It For Our Country? Please!
My friends and I had about 5 movies on our list that we would watch in groups in high school. This was one of them. (Shag was another!) I love every cheese filled minute. We were all so repressed and brainwashed by our church, Grease 2 was considered risque. If one of the parents happened to be with us, we would just fast-forward through Reproduction!
I'd do 'im for my country.
Well, your country wants you to.
