I find the word "odd" rather odd, and fun to use!
And if Canadians pronounce about "a-BOOT," then Americans pronounce about "a-BAOWT".

Posted: 8/10/04 at 8:28pmMy friend was amused by the fact that I said someone was "quite smitten with her." And I was laughed at last week when I was commenting on how I didn't think someone was haggard. Meaning someone might not be very hot, but they're not disgusting.
