Yoko Ono continues to prove herself as a Jack of No Trades: She's produced art you don't want to see, music you don't want to listen to and books you don't want to read and NOW she tops herself with CLOTHES YOU DON'T WANT TO WEAR!
I am putting that bra and jockstrap on my Xmas list!

Apparently she can and does.
Those models look so resigned.
vulgar
I'd wear the white pants without a handprint on the crotch. Which seems to be her trademark design wise...
The white suit with the black sleeve and hand-print pants are nice. As is the white suit with the cut-outs.
There's a video, too, featuring her music and an animation based on her drawings: http://vimeo.com/54371508

Edit to add: just noticed the $200(!) price tag on the jockstrap (with LED light). Eek!
Why would a jock strap need an LED light?
It that an ass or nads on that black hoody? Perhaps badly drawn boobs?
Apparently it's a butt. I was going to ask that but I didn't quite know how to phrase it properly...
I still have yet to figure out why one would need lights on a jock strap. Is it a sex thing? Are they landing lights?
God, who FINANCED these things?!
I like Yoko Ono's music. It's wild. I also understand that Homer Simpson was right when he said "Yoko Ono? She ruined the Elastic Ono band!" It's not about good. It's about different.
The clothes, not so much. Interesting graphics, very odd construction.

It must kill racist hacks like Jim Colyer, White Supremacist to know that more people buy Yoko's music than will ever buy his. And that's how it should be.
The woman is a conceptual artist. I saw a retrospective at the MIT Museum and it was genius. Not only is she in on the jokes, she's cracking the joke.
Why would any guy wear a light bulb bra or that bell board?!
Why would ANYONE?
And those prices are outrageous.
Fugly
yeah, Yoko Ono is like some other pop artists I know. They're well aware that their stuff sucks but they put it out there anyway and laugh because sycophants eat it up.
p.s. I love pop art, It's my favorite. This isn't a commentary on all pop art
I like her dance remixes *shrug*
I've enjoyed some of them too

I actually disagree that that's her intent, Jane. You can't see it all as a comment on the fashion industry?
Namo, good point. But I'm coming from a place where the aesthetics rule, and not the concept. I just don't get conceptual art. her clothes are ugly (I think).
Most of her music that i've heard, is literally painful to my ears.
I guess she has concepts, but I don't appreciate them.
Call me clueless, but what is a bell board for? And yes, I read the description. Still confused.
Edit: double post...every time I try to initially post my message, I get an error screen. Second time, it's always a double post. Sorry everyone.

I guess I see your point, too, Namo. What I don't see is why anyone would want to buy overpriced, unappealing (to my mind, at least) fashion in order to make a statement about the fashion industry.
It still seems like a joke, but I'm not sure on whom.
Reggie, I doubt if a fledgling designer would put out stuff like that, but Ono can afford to do it whether it's a complete flop or not. Maybe it's a whim on her part, her idea of a joke.

Yes, though her detractors paint her as grim and humorless, her artwork hinges on its viewers being able to smile and laugh, even if it's while leafing or scrolling through a fashion catalog.
She was a hoot on "Mad About You."
