I have visions of drag queens, in this years Halloween Parade...marching in mass as the FLDStepford Wives.

Although yes, I do realize no self-respecting drag queen would be caught dead in one of those dresses.

i know a family who dresses like that... they're amish. actually, their dresses are much prettier than those.

but i'm not sure how well a store that sells amish clothing would do by selling their clothes on the *internet*

besty. this is more like seven (or seventeen) brides for one brother.

It's all kind of creepy/fascinating to me. I finally got around to reading "Under the Banner of Heaven" (which is really well researched and well written) and am halfway through. HBO's Big Love really made me curious!

Those clothes are awfully pricey for being so plain. They could get cheaper dreses at Dots or The Dress Barn. I agree with Tazber, the long undies are kinda hot.
