I would have to say:

The two fairies in SLEEPING BEAUTY fighting over what color the dress Aurora is wearing at the end of the movie and when they first make it.

In LITTLE MERMAID when Ariel is singing PART OF YOUR WORLD.

In LION KING, CIRCLE OF LIFE and I JUST CAN'T WAIT TO BE KING scenes are both personal favorites of mine.

In the action movie sense. I like the switch in the original FREAKY FRIDAY and the cliffhanger ending as well.

And "LET'S GET TOGETHER" from the original PARENT TRAP is awesome.

Part of Your World, Ariel singing to Eric when she saves him, Triton turning Ariel into a human all from The Little Mermaid of course. I also love I Won't Say I'm in Love from Hercules.

hmm - interesting topic. My ONE favorite would probably be the battle between Merlin and Madam Mim in The Sword and the Stone.

"Poor Unfortunate Souls" from The Little Mermaid. It's a total diva turn for Ursula.

Any scene with the Wicked Queen from the Snow White Cartoon(Giving a shout out and props to our own BWW DIVINE wicked queen, Erika Amato.)

Any scene with Malificent from Sleeping Beauty.

Hmm...actual scenes...the end of Aladdin when Aladdin gives his final wish to the genie. I like that one a lot. Very sweet.
Edit: I have more. Definitely the transformation scene in BATB. Also, the mice making Cinderella's dress. I like the song.

Angela Lansbury singing THE AGE OF NOT BELIEVING in BEDKNOBS & BROOMSTICKS

the scene in THE RESCUERS when Madame Medusa says to Penny "Who would want to adopt an ugly little child like you?"

when the dwarves are gathered around Snow White's glass coffin & the music CHORALE FOR SNOW WHITE plays (i am gettin teary-eyed just thinkin about it)...i also love the I'M WISHING scene @ the wishing well (thats one of my favorite disney songs to sing)

the whole YOU CAN FLY! sequence from PETER PAN
(the back-up singers just kill me, i love them...on the PETER PAN commentary it says they were also Bing Crosby's backup singers!)

the TRUST IN ME number from THE JUNGLE BOOK

& of course FEED THE BIRDS in MARY POPPINS

I read somewhere that they're thinking of adding a "Villain's Land" to Fantasyland in the Magic Kingdom in WDW -- I'm so there if they do!

Wow, this thread just proves that I need to watch a lot of Disney movies over again.

I love Bedknobs and Broomsticks, it's one of my favorites. But I would have to say, probably something from Aladdin. That movie is just so fantastic all around.

I can't include that on my list because it devastates me too much for me to like it. Like the pound scene in "Lady and the Tramp." I watched it a few weeks ago and it reduced me to sobs.

Walt's favorite moment in the films made during his lifetime was the Cinderella ball-gown transformation - he thought it perfectly embodied what animation could do better than any other style of film.

For me, personally, the Beast's transformation in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST was the epitome of that idea. When I saw it for the first time in a theatre, I (along with the others I was with) gave it a tear-streaked standing ovation while it happened - truly one of my fondest movie-going memories ever.
