not guilty.
on all charges.
brace y'self, bridget, it's going to get bumpy in the city!
free at last!
Wait until bammy doesn't get the nomination. This is gonna seem like a tea party.
yeah, but denver gets to deal with that one. are there black people in denver? other than the nuggets and the broncos?
I'm not worried about you papi. I know you're packin' today and carrying a box of 100.

I wonder if the fact that two of the cops were black themselves will take the edge off the community's outrage.
This REALLY pisses me off. No one is safe!

I can't believe that aquitted of all charges, I was expecting a split verdict.

"I can't believe that aquitted of all charges, I was expecting a split verdict."
This is why:
"Justice Arthur Cooperman said he found problems with the prosecution's case. He said some prosecution witnesses contradicted themselves, and he cited prior convictions and incarcerations of witnesses."
witnesses like the one guy who said that he had a conversation with sean...after sean had been shot in the larynx. and who was indignant when confronted with the medical evidence that it couldn't have happened. next time the prosecutors need to find some credible witnesses.

The bigger question is: As 2008 write-in, what does Big Daddy Mambo plan to do about this situation?
what i always do when confronted with the cops: take them out for a booze and coke fueled hooker-fest.
It wasn't a conversation papa, I saw this witness. He said that Sean said SOMETHING to him "I love you" I believe it was--
But you know, when one of your friends is lying bleeding to death next to you and the cops are shooting at you, you MIGHT hear something that might be your imagination.
I'm not sure why what sean may or may not have said to his friend has anything to do with police misconduct either.
"No one is safe!"
You'd be less safe if they were found guilty.
simple, lil: if he lied about that, how can you trust anything else he said? this was also the guy who did or didn't say he was going to get a gun.
How do YOU know he was lying? He simply repeated what he thought he heard--just like any witness.
It's hardly the fact on which the case pivots in the first place. Even IF he DID lie, what difference did it make? It's not as if the police could hear what the witness or Sean said anyway.
And what sort of policeman cannot impair a possible suspect with only a shot or two? Isn't that part of the job?
To protect and serve? The NYPD failed in both missions.

"And what sort of policeman cannot impair a possible suspect with only a shot or two?"
A drunk policeman.
"fifty shots is murder" it's true.
...... another case of a few overzealous
cops trying to prove how tough they are.
Is that you in your av, Jonny boy?
There is a large black community here in Denver and the surrounding areas.
y'all are toast, man.
Wow, you're a nice looking guy, Jonny!
