Remember how the station used to just have the same lame commercials over and over again? Flexiblocks! I can't remember any others. I'll bet Mr. Wizard would know, though.

If anyone remembers where that came from, I'll be seriously concerned.

Memories!! There was one really early show...I think it was called Moonbeamers? Moonshiners? Moon-something or other....it was a cool cartoon with kids with different colored hair (think Rainbow Brite) but thats all I remember! Anyone know what i'm talking about?!

Did any of you over 25-types remember a one-week long miniseries called INTO THE LABYRINTH? It featured Ron 'Oscar Nommed for Fagin' Moody as Rothgo and he sent three teens into the labyrinth to get something to keep him from dying? And there was some shape-shifting witch? I loved it!

This makes me miss my childhood. I really loved Clarissa Explains it All, Are You Afraid of the Dark?, and Hey Dude! When I was really young, I always watched The Elephant Show (I think that was the name), Today's Special, and Noozles. Noozles was an animated show about a girl who had two koala bears. I was really young then, so I don't remember too much about it. Does anyone else remember this?

Adventures of Pete and Pete! Amazing show.

Honorable mentions: Are You Afriad of the Dark (some of them were actually scary, and I swear the memory of "The Dream Girl" episode had me guessing the end to The Sixth Sense ten minutes into the movie), Salute Your Shorts (can still sing the entire theme song), You Can't Do That On Television, Clarissa Explains It All, and the first generation of Nicktoons (Rugrats, Doug and Ren and Stimpy).

Edit: Also, David the Gnome, and does anyone remember that animated fairy tale show that came on during the day waaaay back? I think I was probably six or seven, so it would've been '90-'92ish. Or am I making it up? If it existed, I loved that show (haha). Updated On: 12/2/05 at 05:38 PM

They still air a lot of the game shows (Double Dare, Finders Keepers, Guts) on the Nick Games and Sports (GAS) channel.

I watched "Are You Afraid of the Dark?" every week even though I sat terrified huddled under the covers, peeing my pants in fear over shadows...I even had the computer game.

My favorites were definitely David The Knome and Hey Dude! Though. I never got over the fact there was a girl named Brad. And she was the horse trainer and therefore I loved her.

oh my god yeah!!! That always creeped me out. The other day I thought back to a specific episode. The one where the 2 girls are trapped in the doll house, and are slowly turning into dolls themselves, and they have to slide out the window to be free or something.

Guys, we totally forget a compelete classic. Alex Mac!! I loved that show, i want to liquify into silver goo!
