I love this man.
He is a good man and a brilliant actor.
I'm very happy for him, and really really glad that he recognized Rourke.
Classy guy, classy speech, timeless performance.
SS, talk about a walking legend!
East Village - Sean Penn's win has NOTHING to do with Brokeback!
You stole my words, Addie.
What a beautiful speech. Thank you, Sean.

That was an amazing speech, it really really was
I thought Sean Penn was great, but...I really wanted Mickey Rourke to win. A lot. I'm a little sad.
2nd best speech of the night
I hope they post that speech, too!
So happy! Now I don't have to be as disappointed when Slumdog wins best picture instead of Milk. (I did love Slumdog too, though!)
What is this collection of films? Kind of confusing...
But I also kind of like it.
But, it's sort of taking away from the nominated films!
I would love to see Slumdog upset.
It was fine, but, I just don't get this groundswell of awards for it.
Old winners as they relate to current nominees??
I'm not really sure...
AMEN, Sean Penn!!!
Great speech!

Much as I love Slumdog, if Milk or The Reader won, that would be AWESOME.
Yeah, it seems to be old winners with themes similar to those of the noms. Very oddly done.
Kind of interesting, but, kind of odd.
Bleh, Slumdog.
Our fingerprints don't fade from the lives we touch.
Puppies are babies in fur coats.
Tinfoil...The Terrorizing Terminator
Double bleh.
With that, I am going to bed. Good night all!
Great Party Harris!
Ill come pick up my tupperware tomorrow!!!

Cool, but.. again, I almost would have been even happier with Milk or The Reader.
But..still, yay for Slumdog!
Yuk, I'd thought they'd actually make up for Prop 8
BEST Picture?
Not in my book.
On that note... thanks for the party Harris.
East Village - you get the award for the most idiotic statements tonight.
